I'm not going to show up here with a highlight reel. That's not why I came.

My name is Christopher M. Wiley. I'm a Marine, a nurse, a husband, and a real estate investor out of Washington State. I've been on this road for about 3 years. I've closed one deal. I'm still learning every single day.

What I've done more of than deals is pay for bad information. $60,000 worth of real estate programs that promised me everything and gave me almost nothing back. Two years of my life going in circles, feeling like a wounded combat casualty with no one willing to be straight with me.

So I stopped looking for someone to hand me the answers and started building my own system from the ground up. I studied the numbers. The legal structures. The SOPs. The contracts. The parts of this business that most programs skip because they're not exciting enough to sell from a stage.

That work eventually became a book — The Real Deal Investor Field Manual — because I couldn't stand the idea of someone else going through what I went through.

I'm here for two reasons.

First, to connect with people who are building something real — whether you're on deal one like me or deal one hundred. I believe we are all in this life together and the more honest we are with each other, the better we all do.

Second, to be a resource for anyone just starting out who is confused, overwhelmed, or has already been burned. I know that feeling. I'm not going to charge you to talk to me.

If you're new here and you don't know where to start — say something. If you've been around and want to compare notes on BRRRR or lease options in the PNW — I'm here for that too.

No hype. No pitch. Just a straight conversation.

Glad to be here.
