Hey everyone, I'm JM — developer and property investor based in Europe, focused on UK buy-to-let analysis. I've been lurking on BiggerPockets for a while and finally decided to introduce myself. I spend a lot of time analyzing rental properties across UK markets (Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham) and I've been building tools to make deal analysis faster and more systematic.
