New to Wholesaling

Hey everyone! New member here from the Inland Empire, California. I'm looking to learn wholesaling and eventually get into fix and flip. I've already sold a couple of houses before so I have some experience with real estate. Any advice for a complete beginner in Southern California would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Jason NA

Welcome to BP! Are you getting started wholesaling in your local market in CA or are you looking into other markets?
