My name is Andrii, I'm a Node.js + AI developer focused entirely on the US real estate market.

I've spent the last year building AI-powered tools for real estate agents and investors — things that automate the tedious parts of deal analysis and client communication.

Currently working on a Chrome extension that helps agents analyze Zillow and Realtor.com listings faster — price assessment, red flags, and client emails in seconds.
