New Here - Property Manager in Seattle, WA!
Hey everyone!
New to BP, wanted to introduce myself. I run a small(ish) property management company in Seattle. We manage SFH, multi-family, HOA's, and some commercial spaces in the greater Seattle area.
Looking to connect with investors, contractors, agents, homeowners, etc. You never know where a connection can lead!
Would love to hear peoples thoughts on the Seattle market in particular, given costs, regulations, and the broader market in the area.
