Hello, my name is Paul. I just purchased my first investment property in Tulare CA. I plan to do some updates on the property and furnish it in hopes of advertising it to traveling professionals, as it sits about a block away from a hospital. Has anyone done this in this area? if so how is the market? Any other investors in the Tulare/Visalia area?
