Hello! I am currently looking to invest in the Troup/Coweta county area of Georgia (LaGrange and Newnan). I have a background in construction working for local governments doing building inspections and running a building/zoning department. The lending, finding the right property, and being a landlord are all new to me. I am happy to take any advice that can be given!
