Hello everyone,

I found BiggerPockets the way many of us find things these days; by going down a research rabbit hole with Google and ChatGPT. 😄 I've only been here for a few minutes, but I'm already looking forward to connecting with people in the BiggerPockets community.

I've been involved in real estate investing for a couple of decades, starting out in Troy and Albany, NY. Since then, I've picked up properties in different markets as life kept moving me from place to place. One thing I've learned: landlording is never boring. Just when you think you've seen it all, a tenant, contractor, or water heater decides to keep things interesting!

I'm hoping to learn from others here, share some of my experiences, and hopefully add a little value along the way.
