My name is Dean. I'm an active flipper based out of Western PA and the Virginia Beach market. 4 deals closed, 24.7% average ROI, and a private real estate fund currently in formation.
My background is in quality assurance engineering. Before investing full time I spent years as a QA Engineer, a Youth Pastor, and ran a handyman business I launched during COVID. Every one of those seasons shaped how I approach this business — with systems, precision, and a focus on building something repeatable.
I’m not here to pitch anything. I genuinely love talking shop — deal analysis, underwriting, rehab systems, scaling operations. That’s where I live.
