Hello everyone,
My name is Alex and I'm based in Atlanta, Georgia. I've spent the last 10 years in multifamily real estate operations, including the last 4 years as a Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of more than 1,200 apartment units across multiple states.
Most recently, I've been working as a Director of Operations overseeing facilities, maintenance, vendor management, and capital projects for a large commercial property.
I've joined BiggerPockets because I'm interested in connecting with investors, learning more about the ownership and asset management side of real estate, and eventually building a residential property management business focused on helping rental property owners throughout South Metro Atlanta.
