Introducing myself to the community

Carl Starkey
Posted

Hello my name is Carl and i am a new real estate investor. I currently own one property in Ohio that cash flows 400 a month. Ive been wanting to get into real estate investing since I was really little and I was finally able to get myself in the door and do it. I am 26 and wanting to make this my full-time job. Currently own single-family rental and looking to scale towards multifamily but still interested in single family. I would love tips and anything that the community is willing to share and talk about. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

One property is not enough to be a full time job. You could become a lender, realtor, inspector, property manager, contractor, etc to make additional money and support your landlording
