I'm Mana Grace, an entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Pura Dicha Expat Investment Group. My work sits at the intersection of real estate, international investing, business development, and lifestyle design.

Over the years I've built and sold businesses, worked in advocacy and research, and developed a deep appreciation for investments that create both financial opportunity and meaningful impact. Today my primary focus is helping individuals explore Costa Rica as a destination for real estate acquisition, retirement diversification, relocation, and income-producing opportunities.
