Greetings. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Trudi. I am a retired Marketing Manager from a Fortune 500 company. My husband and I have flipped houses in the past, owned and managed rental properties. We now have three properties. Two are vacant land and the other is the house we live in. At this stage of our life, our goal is to maximize the profits out of our house and our vacant land and build a modest retirement home that is paid for. Once that goal is realized, then it's just watching wildlife on the lake and sitting back by the fire. The first item to go in the fire will be my husband's sawzal, because when I reach that goal I never want to see anything that has to do with demolition or remodeling again. ( :

I'm hoping I can learn and get ideas on how to reach this goal from the experts on this site.
