Hi everyone, I’m Josh Shelton, Realtor and Broker with Home Grown Group Realty in Granbury, Texas.

I work mostly around Granbury, Hood County, and the surrounding North Texas market. A lot of my day-to-day is helping people think through pricing, property condition, school district considerations, negotiation, and whether a home actually fits what they are trying to do long term.

My work includes residential sales, farm and ranch, luxury relocation, and probate situations, so I tend to look at real estate from both the numbers side and the real-life decision side.

I joined BiggerPockets because I like the practical conversations here. The numbers matter, but so do the local details that can change how a deal feels beyond the spreadsheet.
