Hi everyone,

I'm Ziye, and I work on the financial analysis and offering memorandum side of commercial real estate and commercial lending.

My background is in valuation modeling for M&A, and I've shifted that focus toward helping borrowers and investors get loan-ready: building out the financial analysis, underwriting narrative, and offering memorandums that lenders and partners actually want to see, whether that's for a CRE acquisition, refinance, or a commercial loan request more broadly. I'm also building toward more tech-enabled workflows so this stays accessible for smaller deals that don't always get attention from traditional underwriters or analysts.
