I am from the Central AZ area.

Not new to investing, but new to RE investing as a full time occupation. I have rehabbed several homes over the past 5 years while working in environmental engineering.

I have gained considerable knowledge on REI and would now like to move from part time to a fulltime basis.

I have many hobbbies, most club and sport oriented. Necessary to a busy career regardless of what it is!

If anyone is from Arizona, I would enjoy communicating with you regarding deals, sources, and general sharing of help.
