I'd like to do it better this time

Hi BP, My first post here: My prior experience with real estate includes the few months about a year ago where I wholesaled two properties. Despite the quick success I burned out as quickly as I started, trying to handle all the leads and spend quality time with my young family. Tried a few times to hire virtual assistants and it never worked out for me.

I'd like to get back on the saddle with plans to wholesale, rehab and rentals as potential exit strategies. Will start with the left and move towards the right end of that spectrum as time passes; just trying to get some capital infusions going.

MY QUESTION: Would you recommend a call center for incoming calls and if so which would you say provide the best service / cost?
