Want 1 on 1 wholesaling mentorship

Good evening everyone, My name is Brien. I’m new to real estate investing, but I have a running 75 day clock until I leave my job of more than 11 years with the goal of being my own boss and not feeling disrespected any longer. I’m very hardworking, very reliable, a quick learner, and very good with numbers and computations. I would love to get an active wholesaler who would mentor me 1 on 1. I would be willing to put boots on the ground or grind for the mentor, as well as pay for the mentorship. I’d like to see the entire process of a wholesale deal from finding a property, to negotiating, to the real income potential. I want to show my value in this realm and work with an experienced, successful mentor who can show me the ropes and really give me the tools needed to forge my own path moving forward.
