From Investor to Professional, we are back!
After a real estate deal almost bankrupted us because we didn't know the numbers, we studied. and studied. and studied some more. Now, while we still invest, we also educate. We have created a course to teach new investors about the dangers of Hard Money and DSCR loans AND the extreme benefits they offer when used correctly!
Our God-given mission on Earth is to teach and guide new investors in the world of private money, helping them learn about and grow their portfolios by teaching them deal analysis and how to fact-check their lender!
