Good afternoon,
My name is AJ Villanueva, I am currently located in Victoria, Texas. I am a licensed nursing home administrator and run a nursing home in Cuero, Tx. I currently have zero experience in real estate investing and I joined BP to learn and connect with individuals to learn more about real estate investing. I am reading How to Invest in Real Estate by Brandon Turner. Fantastic book and I have learned a lot. I am hoping to get out of my shell and connect with great people. One of my goals is to find a mentor organically and the book has great tips on how to do this. I am excited for this new journey, ready to learn, and hopefully put everything I learn into action.
