Newbie in Georgia

Hello Everybody,

My name is Nick Larson I live in Ball Ground, GA and am new to this site and Real Estate Investing. I have worked in commercial construction for the past 20 years and am looking for a means of providing a residual long term income for for my family. I came across Bigger Pockets recently while trying to educate myself on RE investment. I have had a chance to read a few post and must say that I am extremely excited with the content and support of the users on this site.

I am interested in Rehab and Flip properties, that i can use my past experience in construction as well as long term rental properties.

Looking forward to learning as much as I can and meeting new people with the same interest.

You are right up the road from me. I am in Canton, GA.

I only do commercial real estate though. Finding any house flips in the immediate area is almost non-existent with too many buyers chasing deals.
