Brand new, looking to learn.
Hey guys,
I fnd myself in a strange positon I am about 2-3 years out from my first investment property as far as I can tell. I am working on building credit it's...bad. 600 or so. I however have come into a Disability rating that gives me a passive permement 2K ish per month and i want to turn that into investing in real estate. however I have no idea what to look at. I'm don't Know what I don't know. I am looking for any advice on where to start other then "save and build credit" books, articles, any free lessons while I build a downpayment and fix credit. Please advise. I am more then willing to invest at a distance if that's more viable.
