Realtor starting to build wealth for herself
Hey I am Sarah! I am very new to this community as I just learned about it from research. I have been a realtor for 6+ years now and haved helped several investors flips homes, rentals, brrrr and all of the above. last year I flipped my first house and got screwed over by several contractors and lost alot of money in that one. so i wanted to start small with what i knew so I started my own renovation company and for the past year have actively helped investors with design and project management and even homeowners selling their home to get max money from the sale. I have alot of off market properties to so would love to connect and see if I can help anyone :) I am also looking forward to my next home flip and crushing it as I have built my dream team.
