Hi my name is Tra Hammond from Memphis Tn.I am new to real estate investing but its something I always wanted to do. just getting started so any advise will help. I do have a question for the forum. Here in Memphis TN we have a lot of tax sale houses that go for reasonable prices do you think thats a good place to start with flipping houses?
