New VA specializing in Skip Tracing & Real Estate Data Research
Hi everyone! I'm Camille, a Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines specializing in skip tracing and real estate data research.
My background is actually in supply chain/inventory management — I spent 8+ years in that field before transitioning into real estate VA work. Over the past year, I've built hands-on experience with skip tracing (FlexMLS, Vortex, Mojo Dialer, FOREWARN), pulling and verifying owner contact info for absentee owners and motivated sellers.
I'm most comfortable on the data/research side of the business — building lead lists, verifying owner info, and keeping pipelines organized — rather than live calls.
