Hi everyone, I'm Amber Moore, a Realtor based in The Woodlands, just north of Houston. Most of my work is on the residential side, helping buyers and sellers navigate the process of finding a home or getting one ready to sell.

I'm new to BiggerPockets specifically, though I've been in real estate for a while now. My day to day is mostly with owner occupant buyers and sellers rather than investment purchases, so I'm curious to learn more about how this community thinks about the market, especially around financing and timing, since that's not something I deal with as often on the residential side.

Welcome, Amber! Well, I'm right down the street from you. I'm here in Houston, but I spend most of my days up in The Woodlands, so we'll definitely have to connect sometime!

I'm kind of from the other side of the real estate world I'm a CPA, so there's a good chance I've worked with some of your clients in the past. BiggerPockets has been a great community so far, and you'll learn a ton from the people here. Looking forward to seeing you around!
