Hi everyone, I'm Andrea. I'm a Realtor and CCIM based in Connecticut, mostly working on the commercial and investment side, things like leasing, valuation, and helping buyers and sellers think through deals before they commit to them.
I've been in real estate for a while now, but I'm still learning something new on nearly every deal, which is part of why I wanted to join this community. I'm especially interested in conversations around underwriting assumptions, deal structure, and the kind of due diligence that doesn't show up in a rent roll until it's too late.
