New member from Zimbabwe - Excited to be here!
Hi BiggerPockets community,
I'm new here and excited to dive in. I'm based in Zimbabwe and just starting my real estate journey — currently focused on self-education before making any moves. I've been building a reading list around commercial real estate fundamentals, underwriting, and buy-and-hold cashflow strategies, and I'm working through it methodically.
My goal is to grow into an active investor over time, but for now I'm here to learn as much as I can from people further along the path. If anyone's open to mentoring or just sharing lessons learned (especially around underwriting, entity structuring, or getting started in a market outside the US), I'd love to connect.
I also want to add value where I can — happy to bring an outside perspective, ask good questions, or help however useful as I build up my own knowledge.
