AZ Mobile Home RV Park Jr. Broker
Hi everyone,
I just stumbled across this site the other day. I was very impressed by the information and community here and decided to join. I am currently working as a Junior Broker in Arizona for NAI Horizon focusing on Mobile Home Park and RV Park Investments. I am lucky to have my father as a mentor and have worked here for the over 8 months and counting! I am new in this industry but my dad (who doesn't market too much, or needs too) has been in this industry for over 10 years and has a firm hold over the MHP market here in Arizona and a good relationship with the big buyers and sellers. I plan start working on my own in the next year and a half in Hotel/Motel Investments. I am also working on getting my CCIM designation and am always open to any suggestions or advice from experts in the business. I plan on investing in my first property soon as well!
