Introduction to the forum Devon Walker

Hi everyone, my name is Devon Walker I'm located in Philadelphia.  I am actively working toward purchasing my next one but am having trouble after getting my first property to get more.  My long term goal is to continue building a strong real estate portfolio while learning as much as I can along the way.  I'm here to connect with like-minded investors, network, share ideas, and learn from those with more experience.  If there are any seasoned investors or mentors willing to share advice or point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate the opportunity to learn from you.

Looking forward to connecting with everyone and growing together.

Hi Devon,

Welcome to the community! Congratulations on getting your first investment property—that first deal is often the hardest. The challenge of acquiring the second and third properties is something many investors experience, but with the right financing strategy, strong networking, and consistent deal analysis, it becomes much more manageable.

I'm based in the Philadelphia area as well and work with real estate investors nationwide, helping them finance acquisitions, rehabs, construction projects, and portfolio growth. I'd be happy to connect, learn more about your goals, and share some ideas that may help you position yourself for your next purchase.

Keep building relationships, continue educating yourself, and stay disciplined in your underwriting. Those habits tend to separate long-term investors from everyone else.

Feel free to reach out anytime. I look forward to connecting and hopefully helping you take the next step in growing your portfolio.

Best of luck, and welcome again!
