Hi everyone,
My name is Pete Labath. I got into real estate investing a few years ago and have been focused on building a business that helps property owners and managers. I'm joining BiggerPockets because I want to learn more about the day-to-day challenges property owners and managers face, especially around the quiet cost of "my guy" complacency in contractor bidding. I'm also here to share what I've learned and connect with others who are building in this space.
