Hi everyone! I'm Ravi from the Houston area.

I've been in mortgage lending for about 14 years and have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to experienced real estate investors. Over the years, I've learned that every deal has its own challenges, and I've developed a real interest in the financing side of investment real estate and how experienced investors evaluate opportunities.

I joined BiggerPockets because I'd like to learn from investors across Texas and share insights from the financing side when it's helpful. I'm especially interested in discussions around deal analysis, rehab budgeting, market trends, and creative financing strategies.
