Hey BP — I'm Tyson, a Huntsville, AL investor with a family renovation business. We've been flipping houses for over a decade. I also have a background in molecular genetics research (PhD, NIH fellowship), which is a weird combo but it means I approach deals like a scientist: data first, gut second. For the last eight months I've been building data tools to analyze markets across the Southeast and Midwest and I'm excited to share what I'm learning. Looking forward to connecting with other investors — especially around Huntsville and Birmingham, and out in Augusta, Charlotte, and Cincinnati. Happy to share market data whenever it's useful.
