Starting over on the right foot
Hey everyone!
I'm a licensed agent and contractor in Central Alabama. I recently am trying to get more and more into the sales and investment side of things. I've moved my license to a new brokerage and am trying to get going on the right foot. Both current and past brokers also had well established property management companies as well. I'm pretty well versed in property walkthroughs, the rental market, and knowing what a property needs to maintain and increase value.
