New to Bigger Pockets -- Need Help With Funding (deal secured)

Good morning Internet,

my name's Hayden.
I've got a new business in IL and we're at that phase where we need funding partners to expand.

We're actually in the solar market, doing residential installs. The State has a program that subsidizes solar and we've got a contract for an advance of $106k on our projects.

The invoice is due 10/30 and I'm trying to borrow against it so we can get started on our next round of projects.

Hoping to find a PML or gator lender who would do a 90 day term loan.
