Hi everyone, my name is David and I wish to learn everything about real estate investing. I'm a high school junior and I want to get into real estate investing so I make enough money to pay for college. I'm not legally old enough to purchase property, but I'm sure I can work out some deals under my parent's names.

I'm very eager to learn and I look forward to meeting everyone on this site and making my first deal.

However, I'm not sure where to start out. I've been reading lots of posts on this messageboard and consulting a dictionary, but I feel like it's inefficient?.... Any guidance or advice would be appreciated. :D
