Hello all,

My name is T and I am a recent Masters graduate and during my last year of my masters I realized I would not get anywhere I wanted to be financially with architecture in the time I wanted. I also realized architecture would not allow me the creativity that I thought would be common place in an architecture firm. So I decided real estate development was the surest and most rewarding way to make money and transform spaces (ie house flipping).

I also realized that this job market would not be easy to break into with limited connections and experience. The old catch 22 need experience to get work but need to work in order to get experience. I have decided to make my own opportunities and not wait on someone to hand me a job (even though I have been earnestly seeking). I know this is for me and I will make it happen. Thanks for reading and any advice is welcome. Prost!
