New REI in Virginia Beach

Hello all! My name is Bryce Kemmerer and I'm hoping to get into the REI game in the near future...how near is my only question.

I have purchased 2 homes in my lifetime (30 years old) and real estate has been my passion since watching the Carlton Sheets infomercials back in the day! I went to college in 2002 knowing full well that I wanted to LIVE EAT SLEEP BREATH real estate! Often blew off reading my college text books to read the latest real estate "How to" book!

I graduated from undergrad in Dec 2005, got right to work with a Fortune 400 new home builder in Jan 2006 and learned about new home construction for about 8 months. Then I got my RE license in Aug 2006...economists say that the bubble burst in July 2006 in the Northern VA area...I was out of the game before I even got started!!!

Fast forward almost 8 years here I am today! I now work in the Defense industry and I now live here in sunny Virginia Beach!

I hope to get to know many of you (I've been lurking in the shadows for weeks now)

I hope to start off wholesaling as the acquisition process is the most enticing piece of the puzzle to me. My long term goals include fix and flips which will finance my long term hold porfolio of multi-family properties! BIG goal is to own enough free and clear multi-family real estate to retire in 15 years or less. CASH FLOW is what will make this dream a reality!
