Hi I'm new to the BP forums. I've been subscribing to the emails and reading all I can on the site. I hope to scour the blogs now to figure out how to get my foot in the door. I work 60hrs a week now just to make ends meet. I'm only 28 and I don't want to be doing this in 3 years. I'm at my limit I think to where something has got to give and will do almost anything to get there. I live in the south Nj area about 15 mins outside Philly, so there is plenty of potential for me. I see myself becoming a landlord and flipping houses, I just find myself beating my head against a wall trying to accomplish that. Until then I just dream dream dream about it.

There are a couple of things I suggest @Chris Hanratty .

Have you read @Brandon Turner 's 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth?

It is a game plan that shows it really doesn't cost that much money to get started.

Also check out this article he wrote:http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/11/02/hack-housing-get-paid-live-free/

Depending on your market, you maybe able to get your first multifamily on 1,200-5,000. Which really isn't that much if you think about it.

Feel free to reach out to me if you ever have any questions.
