My name is Scott Fricker and I own a real estate investments and property management company in Kansas City, Missouri, where real estate can still provide solid cash flow returns.

We're currently looking to expand our property management portfolio by providing local and out-of-town investors with acquisitions and renovations expertise.

We're also looking for equity investors and co-investors interested in profiting from the acquiring, renovating, and selling single family properties, many of which are acquired through short sale and foreclosure.

Become the most efficient, most reliable, most responsive, and most trusted property management, acquisitions, and renovations company in the Kansas City area.

    Welcome Scott,

Our group recently moved from KC to Ohio.

The KC market sure does offer some amazing opportunities.

What areas do you manage in?

Thanks and have a great day.

We're in the urban core, Independence/Blue Springs, and the Northland. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you here of some investment or management opportunities in this area.

Thanks for the note and let me know if there's anything I can do for you!

Hi Scott, and welcome to BP! I'm a 'fix and hold' investor from the Bay Area in CA, and loving it! But you'll find a variety of every type of investor on the site, and everyone is amazingly helpful. Some pointers for you: The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and so do BP members! You can click on the 'vote' button if you like someone's post or is helpful, and there are 'awards' to earn on your profile. And you can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name at the bottom of the message box. Welcome to the site, and good luck in everything!

Hey, sounds great, we'd love to help! I own and manage a 217 unit apartment complex in KC at Sterling & I-70 near Raytown and Independence (Sterling Court Apts), we're doing a renovation in Independence (2nd St.), and we're in the process of acquiring a 200+ unit management portfolio of single family and multifamily properties in KC and Independence. Feel free to call me any time and I'd be happy to call you as well. In the meantime, you can check us out at www.FPMkc.com.

    Welcome Scott,

What parts of the urban core do you buy in?

  • Developer · Kansas City, MO · Member since 2014 · 22 posts · 5 votes
    12y

Hi Kyler, I don't currently own properties in the urban core, but we're acquiring a management portfolio of 200+ units with a concentration in the core. When we get further along over the next 30 days I can get you the details. Right now the properties I own are in Independence, KC just east of the Truman Sports Complex, and north of the river. I've owned properties near the plaza and also in Grandview.

What are you working on and how can I help you?

Hey everyone, does anyone know about the best zip codes to buy in Kansas City, Mo? I read a list in the forums a few days ago. An awesome investor actually took the time to write down which zips to avoid and what were solid rental zips. I can't find the list anymore. If anyone has that list please post it here or please tell me what the forum title is. Thank you, Marcello :)
