Helllloooo BP Community!

I'm Mike, and I must admit I've been a lurker on BP for the past couple of weeks. I started watching some of Brandon's youtube webinars then found myself on the BP site. So much info!

I have limited experience in REI, but I've determined that my focus will likely be out of state SFR to start and possibly expand to multis once I've gained some experience/confidence. From what I gathered so far Indy, KC, and Chicago seem ripe for this.

Right now I'm soaking in all the info (podcasts, forums, BP blogs, books), but anxious to get my feet wet.

Looking forward to the journey!

Hey Michael,

Welcome to BP. Minh's keyword of "out of state investing" was hit with your post. You hit my keyword of 'bay area'. Anyway, BP is a fantastic resource as you already know. Just stay focused or you'll find yourself deep in the rabbit hole.

I'm also a Bay Area investor who has bought SFR and multifam (albeit <5 doors) out of state. Tons of remote investors on the site. Just do your due diligence, ask lots of questions, and all will be well.

Cheers,

Jeff
