Hello from Boston!

Hello Biggerpockets, My name is Nick and I'm a newbie in the Boston area. I've been on BP for a while but haven't got up the courage to introduce myself until I had the time to catch up on the podcasts and read up on the forums. I'm hoping to start off with some wholesaling then get into some flips and/or buy and holds. I'm currently a self-employed architect and after doing some small projects around the city feel like it's time for me and my wife to jump out and give it a shot on our own. I hope to see some of you local BP members at an area REIA's. Best regards, Nick

@Nicholas Landry Welcome. You should think about a Plan and Action timeframe Otherwise getting ALL the information is like painting a very large building - by the time you're done you have to start over where you began and it's worn out or changed!
