New Member from the DFW area

Hey BiggerPockets member,

I just wanted to introduce myself, I'm a new member in the DFW area, I have been reading some of the articles, post and podcasts that are posted on here. My goal is to acquire some properties in the DFW area with a main focus in the Irving and Grand Prairie area since those are areas I'm familiar with. I currently have 2 rental properties in the Irving are and hope to learn to flip a few properties and add 1 to 2 rental properties to my portfolio every year. As a BiggerPockets member I hope to establish relationships with bird dogs, wholesalers and hopefully find a flipping mentor as well as be able to help any members in any way that I can.
