Hey everyone!
I'm new to the site, and real estate. I am a member of an LLC, we bought 1 property in that company. I graduated from college for education/math minor. I currently haven't found a full time teaching position, but that's okay. If that remains the case, I'll just have more time to leverage and learn.
I'm looking to learn more about 'subject to' contracts. Then, eventually through that avenue, transfer into more buy and holds. Podcast 70 was really interesting.
