Hello BP Family,

Good to be a part of this. I live in the Seattle area. My name is Sid. RE has fascinated me every since I can remember. Monopoly was my favorite game when I was a child. Now I want to make my dreams come true. My goal for my first investment is a multifamily unit, which I want to live in. I have some obstacles though. No capital, and bad credit. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
