Hello All - Newbie from Chicago Illinois
I discovered this great site awhile back verifying info I heard in a Sean Terry podcast. Wow! Here it all is. I've been through the UB Guide and the wholesaling, rehabbing podcasts and forum threads. Going back to listen to the multifamily casts soon. I am open to all types of investing while focusing slightly more on rehabbing since I want to start a design build firm (high performance residential).
I am extremely excited to begin engaging with all yall in the BP sphere. I grew up in Detroit, Mi and on a farm just outside Lynchburg, Va in the summer. Got bit by the construction bug working in a weatherization program in Detroit but wound working quite a few years in IT which was a blast.
Currently searching for properties in the area whose numbers work out. I'm also building my team to support this investing endeavor.
