Hey folks! From what tiny amount of information I've been able to sift through over the past few days, it sounds like y'all are the real real estate gurus!

I'm brand-spankin-new to the real estate investing game and this community is absolutely incredible when it comes to welcoming new people and providing information necessary to get started. I'm almost 28 (gasp) and both my wife and I have a great day job. We do ok for ourselves, but not well enough (yet) to have down payment cash or hard money laying around waiting to be invested. So I plan on spending at least a few months just absorbing as much information as I can, and acting on it a bit later. And while BP and the forums are top-notch, I'd really like to sit down with someone that knows the RDU area and pick their brain.

Thanks for everything you guys do, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed.
