Hello. My name is Susan Griffin. I live just outside the city of Scranton. I work as the office manager for my husbands construction company. I previously worked in the real estate industry as a realtor.
We just closed on our first investment property yesterday. It is a 3 unit residential rental. We would like to continue to purchase more investment properties to buy and hold. We are also beginning to flip properties.
Bigger Pockets has been an excellent education source for us. We have learned so much from your blogs and pod casts. We also purchased J. Scott's book. Thank you all for sharing your experiences and knowledge with us. It is so appreciated.
