HI All, My name is Dan Chapman I am a new member to this site. I am looking to buy and hold mainly and want to get connected to good realtors, property managers and contractors. I want to invest in markets that provide at least a 12-15% ROI. I also am interested in doing a few fix n flips in either the Denver or Seattle areas as I have partners in those markets.
