Hey everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member of BP. I've been lurking around for a couple years, but now that I've graduated I thought I'd make an account and take real estate investing seriously. I've read books, followed forum threads, blog posts, and podcasts; but nothing beats hands on experience!

Originally my plan was to invest in rentals, specifically multi-family units, for extra cash flow. But since realizing how difficult that is in my area I've also looked into places outside my area (Inland Empire, Central California, out of state) as well as considering buying and holding for appreciation. If anyone has tips or can point me in the right direction, that'd be awesome!
